What effects does an additional team reflection in a German day-care center have on the quality of professional action before an offer is carried out? This question concerns me in my current research project on early childhood education.
For this purpose, data was collected as part of a quantitative survey within Germany. Pedagogical specialists in day-care centers aged between under 18 and 55 or older were surveyed. Specialists from all federal states took part in the survey with a total of 396 responses. 8 participants in the survey were not employed as pedagogical specialists in day-care centers.
